In this 75 minute class we will balance work with rest, steadiness with ease.  Longer, actively held poses will be followed by complimentary resting poses. Riding the waves of breath within each asana, we will explore the meaning of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra 2.46  "Sthira Sukha Asanam" in order to bring a sense of freedom to the body, mind, and spirit.
